If your FirstBIKE model is in stock you will normally receive it within 2 working days after receiving confirmation of your order via email.
FirstBIKE is delivered in a box the dimensions are: 27,5 x 6,5 x15,7 in (16x40x70cm) Accessories are delivered in envelope or small box.
If any bike you have chosen is not available as indicated on our e-shop you will receive confirmation of your pre-order with information on when your FirstBIKE will be delivered. This information is also indicated on our e-shop and we offer a 10% discount for any items that are pre-ordered.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Assembly is required and should take no more than 10 minutes. Assembly instructions are included in the box or you can visit first-bike.co.uk/support/
All FirstBIKE’s come with free delivery in UK. Accessories carry a delivery charge of £6.75 with Royal Mail service, 48 hours delivery time. If you fail to take delivery of an order, and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a new delivery fee of £6.75 per shipment.
We operate a 30 day no quibble return policy. If you are not satisfied we will collect your unused FirstBIKE, no questions asked, within 30 days of delivery, at our cost.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to return your FirstBIKE.
Returns after 30 days:
If we have made a mistake then we will pay for the return postage costs, e.g. wrong goods or faulty goods. If you wish to return the goods, then on their safe receipt we will refund the total costs of the goods including postage costs. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have safely received the package undamaged.
